I had a tire rotation performed along with a recall. I was pressured to have an oil change although my oil was changed within 2,000 miles of this visit. Been dealing with Koons Ford since 2011. Mike Treas usually writes me up. It's nice to deal with someone who remembers who you are. Relatively easy experience. Salesman seemed hurried and left right after pairing. My phone. It took a while to get everything resolved (Oil Change was ok, Steering column required tapping resources from a different dealership thanks Mike, and then a throttle body issue - 3 different events, one was ok, Steering column required tapping resources from a different dealership thanks Mike, and then a throttle body issue - 3 different events, one right after the other). But all was good in the end (except the cost of the steering column). More
