Only reason I gave Koons Ford of Annapolis 4/5 stars is because the Sales manager, Trevor, made the final sale difficult after going back on his word (on day one, after negotiating, he verbally stated he couldn’t come down on the price any further because he already had to put money into replacing the front windshield, which I had noticed was scratched and wanted replaced. Then on the following day he denied he ever said he was going to cover the cost of replacing the front windshield, and also was not willing to come down at all on the final price. Part of that was my fault for not getting that verbal deal in writing. That almost blew the whole deal, but at the end of the day it was still an overall good price for the vehicle, and more importantly, my wife wanted it. I’m happy with our vehicle and experience with Zach! More

Had to come back-and-forth six times because nobody was looking at my car properly. Had to come 3 times just to have my fluids topped off from my initial oil change and was constantly told they were topped looking at my car properly. Had to come 3 times just to have my fluids topped off from my initial oil change and was constantly told they were topped off and coolant was constantly below minimum until service guy did it himself after talking to me. Car made a wierd noise and would break down after pick up after being told nothing was wrong to then find out the purge valve and battery was a issue so then had that fixed to finally pick up my vehicle for them to leave my car a mess with car parts they never even put back on under the hood. Very disappointing experience. 6 times is insane. More
