The waiting area is nice and clean with the obligatory flat screen TV and magazines, but also tea, coffee, and popcorn from a popcorn machine. The service advisor provided occasional updates and was accurate with time estimates. The dealership also provided a complimentary car wash and vacuum. All of these factors give me the impression that Korum Hyundai values its customers and doesn't hesitate to ensure their customer service is top notch. More
