I had been shopping online for a new car for several months. I knew what I wanted but was a little hesitant to go to a dealership because I did't really care for the pushy sales people that you meet at months. I originally talked with Vern McDonald, the Sales Manager, and was very impressed with him. He allowed me to take one of the cars for a short drive and then when I got back, he was not overly agressive. I appreciated that. When my husband and I went back we met with Doreen Dyer. She was friendly and easy to talk with plus she had the necessary knowledge to help us make the best decision about the car. Since we bought the car Doreen has called to see how we're doing and to see if we have any questions. It's been great! More

Doreen Dyer is the reason we bought our Hyundai from Korum Hyundai in Puyallup. We checked other dealers closer to our home, some 25 miles away, & other dealers, we found no more (CAN DO) (give us a chance) individual than Doreen -- very refreshing indeed. We have never had a more through explanation of the workings & potentials of our new car. Outstanding. Also: On Doreen's day away from the dealership Dave Baxter also assisted us and we found Dave to be very knowledgable and perceptive as well. We brought our 2 and a half year old in with us to buy a car, and the staff at Korum was so patient and helpful. They gave her a balloon and bought her a key chain!
