I have known Cliff since 1998, when he sold me my first Toyota Camry. At that time he was very friendly and professional. He went to great lengths to explain various features of this car, as well as answe Toyota Camry. At that time he was very friendly and professional. During my test drive, he pointed out various features that could only be appreciated while driving the car. That car has been passed on to our oldest grand daughter, and is still being driven now by our youngest grand daughter, with about 145,000 miles on it. Since we were so pleased with that car and the relationship with Cliff and Krause Toyota, in 2008, we bought another Camry. Just this past week, we needed another car, and, yes, we once again went back to Cliff at Krause, and bought a 2012 Toyota Avalon. More

After having a negative experience at another Toyota dealership closer to my home, we chose to go an hour away because of good reviews of Krause Toyota. We were greeted by a very friendly ( not pushy!) salesman, Cliff Swoyer. It was 100 degrees , but he was patient and informative in helping me make the decision of which car to purchase. I took two cars for a test drive and was shown all the features of both of them. Cliff actually stayed 3 hours past his usual shift to assist us with our purchase and that was much appreciated. I am thrilled with my new Toyota Corolla and will always be loyal to this brand after having a previous Corolla for 15 years with no troubles (except the deer that totaled it! ) Very pleased with Krause and their staff! I went there on a Saturday morning, within 3 hours I was out and done with buying my 2010 Scion. I listed it as used, but it was a Scion TRAC car, and basically a dealer demo. They had a very reasonable price for it given the low miles and they gave me the best price for my trade in out of every scion dealership within 250 miles. The only reason it took 3 hours was I asked them to remove vinyls that were on the vehicle, if not for that we would have been out in under an hour. In the over 20 cars my husband and I have bought in the past 10 years (we are car nuts) this was by far the BEST experience we have ever had. More
