CUSTOMER CARE HAS DROPPED SAID KUNES PURCHASE I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY BIGHORN FOR 3 WEEKS BECAME MORE CONCERNED AS PROBLEMS STARTED GEETING WORSE. CALLED SERVICE WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTME I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY BIGHORN FOR 3 WEEKS BECAME MORE CONCERNED AS PROBLEMS STARTED GEETING WORSE. CALLED SERVICE WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT BUT WAS ESSENTIALLY TOLD PROBLEM WAS NORMAL.TRUCK IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. TRIED TO TALK TO DEREK CURT AND BRYAN EVRYTIME I CLLED WAS TOLD THEY HAD LEFT OR WERE OFF. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. CALLED RAM THEY SAID OPPOSITE AND ANDRIAN FROM RAM CALLED DEALER. CONVINCED ME TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO CORRECT THINGS AND HE HAS BEEN IN TOUCH ME AND DEALER AND WILL STAY INVOVLED UNTIL IM SATISFIED. MISTY HAS ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF BEST THERE AND DEALING WITH HER,HAVE MEETING TIME WITH RANDY AND MISTY WITH THESE TWO SURE THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST AND FIX PROBLEM. More

My wife bought it. It is now up for sale. The bucket seats cut off circulation on both front seats. We are told that they’re are no fixes for the seats.
