My Review of Kunes Country Ford Lincoln:
I was looking forward to buying my first new car and after much research decided on a 2012 Ford Fusion, a step up from my 2001 Focus that has served me well. Though online searches I came up with one in my price range and options locally at Kunes Country Ford in Delavan, Wi. I went to check it out and met with Sarah Lawson in sales. She checked inventory and that paticular car was no longer availeable. No proplem. She showed me three models in stock with different options, prices and colors. I took a black SEL for a test ride with her and liked the ride and quality of the car, but didn't care for the black leather seats and it was a bit higher priced that I really wanted to spend. With that I told what color and options I wanted and she searched and found one for me from another dealer and went there and drove it back for me the next day. She was great to deal with and not "high pressure" like when I bought my used Focus 6 years ago from a different dealer. We agreed on a fair price and she introduced me to Kevin Kramer. He took care of the financing and gave me a great deal on an extended warranty package. Also very nice to deal with. I brought the car back the next day to instal a light trailer hitch and wiring. Sarah said that that could be done for $50 as a new customer. The service department got right on it and did a great job. Anyone else would have paid over $100 for the same work. The bill was for $59 and change...I paid $50 and Sarah paid the balance. She sticks to her word! Overall it was a very good experience for my first new car and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car new or used to go to a Kunes Country dealed

We came to Kunes Country Ford looking
for a used car.We have been shopping around
and we found the car at another dealership
but they were not very helpful.We came to
Kunes Country Ford looking and they had the same
car we were looking for.Craig Seefeldt came
out to greet us and was very nice and patient
with us.Craig took time to listen to our needs
and he helped us making sure we found the
car we were looking for.
We bought a Dodge Charger.Its a great car.
Craig and the financial team worked with us
to keep our payments low.
We had a wonderful experience with Craig
Seefeldt and Kuned Country Ford.
I would recommend to anyone buying a new
car to go see Craig Seefeldt at Kunes Country
Ford you will leave happy.

My Review of Kunes Country Ford Lincoln:
We ran Sarah around for 2 straight days, driving 5 cars, sitting in 15 or so. We had a couple shipped in from other dealers, then not shipped in. She came in on her off time to make sure the deal got taken care of properly. We picked one car, then another, then switched again at the last minute. All is well that ends well. She laughed right along with us, had great suggestions on what a 6'8" guy might fit in. She wanted to make sure we were comfortable with our decision, now matter how many times we changed our mind. Nathan had the financing done really quickly, even after we changed our minds and he had to re-run it. I don't see me going anywhere else to do my car shopping. Thanks, Sarah!

My wife and I always spend months coming a decision on a vehicle purchase. We always want to make sure we are getting everything we want at the price we expect. Working with Stephany and Joe made this process go very smoothly - no matter how many times we changed the requirements! In the end we found the exact truck we were looking for at a price that we wanted. Joe made sure we were very satisfied with all aspects of the sale every step of the way. This is my second vehicle through Kunes and I am sure it will not be the last. Thank you to all who helped us out(Stephany, Joe, Eric and Dan!), we really appreciate it!

My Review of Kunes Country Ford Lincoln:
Craig impressed us when he came outside to speak to us. We were driving thru the lot looking for a Ford Ranger. He asked if he could help us find something. When we responded in the affirmative, he not only took us inside to search for a vehicle that we were looking for, but also proved to be friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough in every aspect. We felt no pressure to buy.
The truck we were looking for was located out of town and Craig, after we agreed on a price, had the truck brought to the dealership and prepared it for sale in less than 1 week. After closing the sale and telling us about the extended warrantee and the Xzilon Product, he introduced us to Kevin Kramer who then filled out the paper work. We were also very pleased with Kevin who was friendly and thorough. During the time we spent with Craig, we also met Eric Gostomski who approved the terms of the sale.
Overall, we were extremely pleased and have already recommended Kunes Auto Group to our neighbors. We look forward to routine servicing, of our truck, with there service department.

Dane Andersen and the Kunes crew made the purchase of my new F-150 an outstanding experience. I have been dreaming about a new f150 for a long time and when I finally was ready they were able to track the exact truck down I wanted and make it happen. Dane was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I did a lot shopping around and I couldn't find a better deal anywhere.

I drove 3 hours to get to this dealership after I had found the car on the internet. Mike was very helpful and let me take the car home overnight so my husband could try it out. I liked the fact that when I walked into the building at least 3 people that I can remember said good morning and can I help you. The next day when I brought back the car and purchased it, things went very smoothly. I don't remember the guy who did the finance papers but he sure has a great personality!! Sometimes when you are out to buy a car it isn't all about the car. The salesman makes a big difference. Thank you for everything.

I returned to Kunes Country Ford after a superb experience with the purchase of a used vehicle a few years ago. I have just recently purchased a used 2011 Chevrolet Silverado and this purchasing experience exceeded both my expectations and my previous experience with the staff. From the time my family and I arrived on the lot to begin looking for a vehicle through the installation of extras I purchased for my truck the sales and financing staff have been very attentive, friendly, respectful, and courteous.
During my life I have purchased many vehicles from different dealerships but all of these other dealerships could learn customer service tips from the staff at Kunes Country Ford. Some examples of service I experienced were being greeted by name at the door every time I return, taking the time to remember my children’s names, prompt and responsive to my questions or concerns, completing work in a timely manner, etc…
Due to the outstanding performance of the staff, the more than fair price I received for my vehicle that I traded in, and the exceptional deal I received on my new purchase Kunes Country Ford will have a loyal customer for many years to come. As a matter of fact our experience was so pleasurable the day we signed the papers on the Chevrolet we purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion!!!
