The price of the vehicle was listed as $23,600 per the advertisement. Without the salesperson (Anthony) telling us the vehicle price was changed to $24,500. Later on after purchasing the truck we were told this was allegedly changed in order for us to have the mfr. warranty. This made no sense to us. Then, when we went into the finance ofc. to review our figures and sign documents (e.g., down payment, monthly payment to credit union, etc.) NO figures were explained to us. We left with the truck and after reviewing the paperwork (AT HOME) we realized that we were charged $995 for GAP insurance that we never asked for, was optional, and we didn't want. We returned to the dealership to have the GAP cancelled. We were told the money had to go toward our loan at Community Credit Union. A month later the credit union still did not have the money. After calling the credit union again today we find out that the dealership only sent $423. We called the dealership, after having three ph calls from last week not returned, and learned the Accounting Dept. person, Michelle, did not have any reason why the $995 was not sent to the credit union. However, she said she was sending the remainder of the money, $572, to Community Choice Credit Union. Also, we had to return to the dealership three times to get the second key which seemed to be missing. A new key had to be cut while we waited a few hours. All in all, this dealership will never have any of our business again. More

3 weeks still haven't received our spare key We had a horrible experience with Olivia Layton I truly believe she is underqualified for this job and belongs flipping burgers at McDonald's her lack We had a horrible experience with Olivia Layton I truly believe she is underqualified for this job and belongs flipping burgers at McDonald's her lack of professionalism and incompetence have truly appalled me. She was down right rude and insulting to my husband still has yet to apologize and 3 weeks after purchasing the car we still dont have the spare key she couldnt locate the day of the sale. I have reached out on multiple levels and have still not received an apology for her being nasty to my husband. She is lacking in customer service skills and the appropriate knowledge to buy and sell cars. The finance department was great and the only saving grace for lafontaine as a whole. More

How about a phone call and I could have come and picked it up following body shop work , returned my rental and went somewhere for the oil change . Oh and the windshield wiper replacement i requested , never was performed but was checked off on my sheet as “ good condition” ? Really they haven’t been changed in a very long time and all you had to do was use them to see they were far from “ good”. Also have tape residue where repair work was done . Completely incompetent staff! Will never go there again . Second time have had issues there . More

I ordered on a Saturday and received the car on Monday. Lucy honored the pricing discussed on the phone to the penny. My personal life has been upside-down lately, and I did not plan on buying a car at this time but had no choice. Lucy and Matt did everything possible to make the best of the situation. We're thrilled with the new car! Look at a Charger if you have not. More
Truly amazing Rick made my first time buying a new car so easy. We communicated frequently via text message so a lot of the work was done behind the scenes. Bad Customer Service I have contacted LaFontaine through Facebook, in person, and over the website. Each time, i was asked for personal information. I do not like to give I have contacted LaFontaine through Facebook, in person, and over the website. Each time, i was asked for personal information. I do not like to give out my number and email as I work full time and i get random calls even after stating i was just browsing. Well, in person, I spoke with a gentleman. Well, I reluctantly gave HIM ONLY my information and stated I didn't want to get any other calls but him. Within 38 minutes(yes, i checked) i received multiple calls from outside customer service companies not even directly from the dealership. They had given my information out to whoever and Every call i asked to be removed from the system. After the 18th call(again, checked) I called directly up to the dealership to get all of my information removed. I have cash and wanted to buy something around $22,000. This dealership lost my trust and money due to selling my information and not listening to wishes. If i could give 0 stars, i would. More

He has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests ( I have been a customer of Barney Porzondek at LaFontaine for approximately 25 years. He has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests (every 2/3 years). I can call him, tell him what I want, and he finds it (usually the same day) and has my vehicle to me within 24 hours. LaFontaine personnel takes the time to go over all the "bells and whistles" of my new vehicle and has always been courteous and very professional. I just leased a 2018 Jeep Compass and I could not be happier. Thank you, Barney, and LaFontaine! More
