Priced out a new vehicle, thought the price was finale until I returned to pick up the car, I was told the price was now higher even though I was quoted x plan pricing. Found 2 defects with the car at the time of delivery, and the dealer said that no one could do anything about it because the service people had all left. I was told to bring the car back the next day and the issues would be taken care of right away. Returned the next day and have now been told to come back day after tomorrow because the service people are busy again. I will probably take the car to another dealer at this point. I tried to shop local but am regretting it now, next time I'll just go to the larger dealer 10 miles away. More
