Bret Lawton was very patient, knowledgeable and accomodating with my 2012 Subaru Forester, my very first Subaru. This was also my first experience with a lease. Bret and Bob were very helpful. This was not my first experience with RC Lacy Inc. I have several family and friends that have bought and/or leased vehicles, and used the service department as well, so I can confidently recommend this dealership to others.

My Review of Lacy Ford Lincoln Subaru :
My first time at Lacy Service. In 2010 I went there to purchase a Subaru Forester but the salesman said he was going to Arizona for his winter vacation and he did nothing to facilitate my wanting to buy from Lacy - no question about trade-in, no offer of deals, nothing. He sat in the car while I test drove it. Then back at the offce he said something to the effect: "I'll bet you really want to buy this car today, don't you, because I am leaving for Arizona tomorrow and I would like to close the deal today." I had no reason to, so I went online, found a dealer, Goldstein, in Albany NY who had an online deal. I called, went up, and bought the car, for less than Lacy's list price.

BUT: then I thought I'd try the service dept. for the 15,000 mile check up. Told the service desk it was my first time there, what should I expect. Well, I SAT there for exactly one and a half hours! For a 15,000mile check up! AND it cost $102.55, more than Goldstein, and Goldstein is polite AND they wash your car. I told other Subaru owners and the general response was "I've never heard anyting good about Lacy." I think I may tell of my experience to the boss - could it be possible he doesn't KNOW how bad his dealership is performing?

This was the best car buying experience we've ever had - from start to finish! Jared Gordiano was so knowledgeable and patient, and he really listened to our needs and answered all our questions. Jared also helped us sort through our various options so we could determine the right model, type, and extras - and then he searched and found the right car for us and had it sent from another dealership. We are absolutely thrilled with our Forester LImited, which is just perfect for us and our pets! Also, there was no pressure at all from anyone at the dealership, and everyone was sweet as could be. We were very impressed, and we're looking forward to going back for service on our car! Thanks, Jared!!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Subaru Outback from Lacy. Everyone there were so friendly and efficient I thought for sure something was going to go wrong. But, it never did. You know the story - female goes into the car dealer and gets pressured into to paying for things she neither wants or really needs - well that's not the case when you deal with Lacy Ford and Brett Lawson! All my questions were answered and options discussed. I felt I was able to make an informed decision with Brett's help. I love my Subaru Outback and recommend both the dealership and Brett Lawson as the place and person to see when looking for a new or used vehicle.
