They searched for the model/make of the new car that we wanted to purchase. When the dealership owning the new car reneged, Pat immediately found an alternative and got the alternative car delivered in less than 18 hours. They explained in detail price/cost differences between the original and alternative car. When we picked up the new car, Austin created our new MyFord account. Austin also explained in detail the many features of the car. When the car was detailed, Pat & Austin pointed out a scratch in the finish. They arranged for the car roof to be repainted to eliminate the scratch. Austin also arranged for a loaner car to drive while the roof was being repainted. We haven't used the maintenance/service facilities yet but were introduced to those employees -- they keep a very clean and professional looking facility with convenient in and out. A shuttle service to work is available for when you can't wait for work to be completed.
