Steve Smaczniak provided me with Friendly, Fast, and Great Service. He helped me with parts I Needed to Hold my bak window on so it would Not fall off and Break. Josh Hoke was an excellent sales representative. I felt he was honest and straightforward throughout the process. Most impressive was the fact that he did not pressure me after my test drive when I told h he was honest and straightforward throughout the process. We simply made an appointment for two days later and he was ready to discuss details then. I also passed on to Josh and his sales manager that the Laird Noller Hyundai Service Department was another key reason we chose to buy at your dealership. Since 2004, we have been brigning our two Hyundais to be serviced at Laird Noller and always felt we were treated fairly and professionally. Paul Tracy has been especially helpful when we needed to have somehting done. My wife and I have lived in Lawrence for over a decade and we have always fels that keeping our money in the community is very important. We'll be happy to continue doing business with Laird Noller in the future. More

My experience at laird Noller was good. I test drove lots of cars, we found out that the car I wanted was out of my price range which was pretty discouraging. Mark was determined to find me a vehicle that wa of cars, we found out that the car I wanted was out of my price range which was pretty discouraging.
