Finance team is too aggressive and doesn't take no for an answer. I also wasn't told my hybrid isn't able to be a hybrid until Ford fixes their issue. Accidents happen but it's important to take accountability you won't find that here at this dealership, never responds to voice mails left, promises to call back but never does. Additionally their mistake and oversight almost lost me $1,500 with Geico Auto Insurance. Given the run around with every issue that came up can become very frustrating. It's important to find someone that's willing to do the work to get your vehicle up and running this is not the place this place is for the bare minimum. They repaired my vehicles so that the check engine light isn't on anymore however the vehicle is underperforming extremely and instead of them taking a deeper look at the vehicle (they already were caught missing an obvious issue and ignoring it) they were blaming Hyundai for manufacturer issues. I've had my vehicle for over a hundred and twenty days now and still have yet to receive my paperwork for getting the car registered. More
