This is the third time I have come to the Laird Noer hyundai service center and have been treated poorly. Todd was amazing and he tried to address all the issues on the other hand when he tried to fix m hyundai service center and have been treated poorly. Todd was amazing and he tried to address all the issues on the other hand when he tried to fix my windshield wipers that were not going all the way down and went in the office and asked for assistance from the other gentleman they came back to my car spent a minute or so went back in the office and I was told oh we took pictures of when you came in earlier and your wipers were already up like that so we can't do anything further for you we can charge you 190 for a diagnostic test, but we can't do anything more since it was brought in that way I'm either talked down, told that I am taking care of my car poorly and list off the things that I need to do better like I'm a kid and just overall poor customer service. Again this trip Todd was amazing and my frustration was not with him, it was with the other gentleman in the office that always looks like you're bothering him and he has better things to do. More
