I knew what I was interested in before I got to Braeger, but have had positive experiences with them in the past and purchased a Chevy Venture from them in the late 1990s. This time I was looking at pick-up trucks or luxury vehicles. We ended up with a 2014 GMC Sierra that I'm in love with. My husband and I ended up working with Manny Torres in Sales and were happy with our experience. I decided to go through my bank for financing which turned out to be far less than a great experience. I ended up emailing Manny a few weeks after our initial meeting for help in this department. He responded very quickly and I took my financing to Braeger. Willie in financing was very pleasant to work with and helped us out in short order. Manny and I corresponded via email and I came in to meet him about a vehicle we were approved for. I can't even begin to explain how happy I am with this luxury truck and my experience with Manny and Braeger's staff. Leo in financing was also a dream to work with. We found the fair pricing of the used car we bought, and the no pressure, friendly sales attitude very refreshing. We didn't use their financing, but they were fairly confident that they could have matched our credit union's rates. The vehicle passed our "second opinion inspection" with flying colors, which made me feel that they take their reputation of safe, well inspected cars seriously. Manny sat with us and gave us a tour of the car after the purchase, to make sure we were comfortable with it, and answer any questions we had. More
