We got an oil change and synthetic was used instead of the high mileage conventional oil we have always used, we had an appointment to make so we drove back into town, 20 miles back, and they said to com the high mileage conventional oil we have always used, we had an appointment to make so we drove back into town, 20 miles back, and they said to come back and they would change it back, so we went back in the next day, I did some research and the information we got back was that once you put synthetic oil in you should keep using it because of seals and gaskets are affected, so we brought it back and they changed it again so we didn’t have and conventional oils and synthetic mixed, my feelings are that they should have looked up the oil we used and maybe ask us what kind we used. More
