Shopping for a Hyundai Went to Lakeland Hyundai to just look at what they had to offer. I didn't go there planning on buying a vehicle because my current vehicle loan was up Went to Lakeland Hyundai to just look at what they had to offer. I didn't go there planning on buying a vehicle because my current vehicle loan was upside down by alot. I had visited a different hyundai dealership the day before in another nearby town but felt neglected there. Lakeland Hyundai treated me with respect and understood my needs. They gave me $1500 more for my trade in and lowered the price substantially of the new vehicle than the other dealer that I visited the day before. It was hard to turn this deal down considering I was upside down with the car loan and the 60k mile warranty was about to expire in a few months. The deal they offered me was more that fair and most importantly the deal made sense. I have a brand new 2016 santa fe with a LIFETIME warranty on the powertrain, yes LIFETIME. More

The only problem I have is that my salesman that I dealt with and bought the car pushed me off on another salesman and that salesman pushed me off on another salesman when I had to go back to the dealership the next day to clean out my trade, get my manual and extra key to my new 2016 Sonata. Still never heard from my original salesman till this day. More

Completely dishonest and guilty of fase advertising. I contacted Lakeland Hyundai Friday December 18, 2015 because I wanted to buy an Elantra. Their on-line "best price" with no trade was $14,100 for the base model and $14,800 for the SE (automatic) version. Got an email confirming that the selected cars were available. Spent two hours to visit them the following day and they immediately started to play games with prices with the salesman going back and forth between me and his manager. After wasting quite a lot of my time, the sales manager simply refused to honor the internet price (it must be noted that between Friday evening and Saturday when I arrived at the dealership, the "internet price had gone up $400) Totally dishonest and unscrupulous.
