I would rate the sales department a 3 and the service department a 0. I had a coupon for oil change on the Chevy app. Lakeside never honored it. Then they charged me for a tire rotation. I had been taking my car here for years because I liked that I could get the comprehensive overview "checkup" when I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Recently, though, a basic appointment has taken lo that I could get the comprehensive overview "checkup" when I got my oil changed and tires rotated. Recently, though, a basic appointment has taken longer and longer. I went in for my regular service at the start of 2024, and the prices had not just gone up, they had leaped, even with a coupon. It was near double for the exact same service, and of course a list of a whole bunch of other things the car needed. Turns out they didn't find something incredibly obvious and critical, though, that my regular mechanic took care of in about an hour. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. More
