Awesome quick service I brought my 2008 Nissan Frontier in for my regular oil change and left with a 2017 Nissan Frontier. Love their service and sales staff. I went there with an 80% attitude of leaving with a new truck so it is not a big surprise that I did this. They were able to hit the numbers I had in mind for trade in and finance payments. I would highly recommend this dealership for their service department alone. Now I would also recommend their salespeople and staff. More

I knew exactly what was to be done, the cos I am new to the area and was just trying out Lamb Nissan. My truck was in before my scheduled appointment. I knew exactly what was to be done, the cost, and timeframe. Additionally, was asked if I wanted a car wash. All completed in less time that was quoted!! The service representative was personable and efficient, the service entry and waiting room were clean and inviting. With several disappointing experiences at other dealerships, this was most refreshing!! I will continue to patronize Lamb Nissan for all my vehicle needs!! More

In my opinion based strictly on my buying experience I think Lamb falls into the exceptional dealerships. From acquiring the exact vehicle I wanted in Yuma, to financing - no pressure - and seeing the service area (very clean) I was impressed. I was going to buy the same vehicle in the metro Phx. area, but Mark Woods was able to offer me the same price and was able to secure the vehicle from Yuma before the Phx. dealership. Overall, I am very pleased with all aspects of Lamb Nissan. More

It has the high clearance that is so great in getting up and down steep Prescott hills and curbs. It is so easy to drive and does very well in the snow, wind, and rain. We went in for our service call and we were in and out in no time. We love the glass window. You can watch your vehicle being serviced right in front of you. The service guys are very careful with their tools and gentle on the cars being serviced. We always feel in good hands with the service at Lamb. More

Seventy years old and I've bought many new vehicles in my life. I've never been treated as well as from Nissan U.S.A. As for the dealership? Paramount. And I'm not easy to please. Horrible customer service After looking at another dealer earlier in the day we decided tostop in at Lamb Nissan. We currently own a Titan, reading reviews of the new Titans After looking at another dealer earlier in the day we decided tostop in at Lamb Nissan. We currently own a Titan, reading reviews of the new Titans we decided to look and test drive. Victor a very pleasant young man came out an assisted us. He was knowledgable and listened to our proferences. My husband expressed to Victor he really was interested in the Pro 4 Titan that was out by the street. We expressed that we would like to test drive the vehicle, Victor said we would be able to drive that particular vehicle and he would run in and get the keys. We stood outside waiting his return. A salesmanship came outside ran past us to the street, he came running back stating he was getting the vin number off the vehicle we were wanting to purchase, my husband stated we want to test drive the Pro 4, the salesman stated they drive the same, my husband let the salesman know we wanted to drive the Vehicle we were thinking about purchasing. The salesman looked at us and said you want me to go all the way out there? Yes, we would not buy a vehicle we have not driven, we expected to continue working with Victor and not some salesman. After waiting, with no one returning to help us we left. We could have possibly made a purchase this evening. We will take our money to the valley. Victor you hang in there, you did w wonderful job. Your superiors, need to look at their customer service skills. More
