I had done my research online, got pre-approved for a loan through my credit union, knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend on it. Instead, I was told by the dealer that my opinions were wrong. Instead of making an (almost guaranteed) sale of a Frontier, I was told I really should be looking at the Xterra. He then guided me though the exact same search on his computer that I had done myself at home. When he continued to mansplain to me how much money I was going to lose by working through my credit union, I got up and walked out. Not only are the prices at Lamb higher than the dealerships in Phoenix or Tucson, the customer service insured that I will never return. More
Warranty claimed but no performed I had my Juke towed to the service dept because my car was making whining noise and losing power. They told me that the cvt fluid was overfilled, that I had my Juke towed to the service dept because my car was making whining noise and losing power. They told me that the cvt fluid was overfilled, that it was corrected and no problems with the transmission. 1 yr later it was having the same problems. I took it to another dealer service dept. as now I live out of state. They told me that Lamb made a warranty claim to replace my transmission but it was not done. The transmission it the original. So lamb put me back into a car that had a failing transmission that can go out at any time, they collected on a false warranty claim and lied to me. More

Wonderful experience, never better in 45 years buying U.S. cars. Lamb Nissan? Not so much. I contacted Lamb Nissan regarding basic service/after market items, (hide-away step for bed access/Tonneau cover). The initial response was acceptable. I decided to purchase both items and have them installed by Lamb, (cost/installation/oil change estimate would be near 2k). I asked the service man, (same fellow who answered my primary request) to schedule it, (either THU or FRI, my days off), and to give me a "heads-up" about a week in advance, (they're in Prescott Valley, I'm in Cottonwood +/- 100 miles round trip). Weeks went by and I never heard from them again. I contacted Nissan USA, they assigned a case worker, case worker contacted me 2-3 weeks later.... Asked if Lamb service had gotten back to me. I told him I never heard from them gain. He apologized and stated that "bottom line, they're a private business and Nissan can only make suggestions". Gave me a $200.00 pre-paid as an apology to be used @ any dealer. Here's where it gets rather "odd". My air-conditioning fan went out. I called Flagstaff Nissan Service, gave my name, what I wanted and discussed whether or not the fan was still covered, when they could get one in and what the estimated cost for parts/labor would be. (Flagstaff is about as far from Cottonwood as Prescott Valley which complicates things for me), The service tech said he would check, put me on hold - suddenly the phone went dead, then it rang and I had been transferred to some unrelated company voice mail asking me to leave a message. I've made arrangements to have a non-dealer service center do the work. My advice? steer clear of purchasing a Nissan near Cottonwood, The manufacturers are very helpful/professional, Lamb and Flagstaff dealers? Well, unless your into Sadomasochism, steer clear. More
We were assured by the salesman that we were getting the best price (Friends and family price, no better deal available, etc..) The next day he followed up and I went to the their internet site to refresh b best price (Friends and family price, no better deal available, etc..) The next day he followed up and I went to the their internet site to refresh by memory on specs and the car was $1,500 cheaper. Upon telling the salesman that he never call again and we ended up buying elsewhere. More
