The customer service at Lamoureux Ford was excellent. Don "Guz" Gaudette was very cordial, polite, not pushy and very knowledgeable about the cars at this dealership. The price was originally a little out of my price range, but Guz and the business manager were able to work with me on getting something within my range. I have had my car for just over one month and I am very happy with it. Guz took the time to show me all the gadgets and when he called as a follow up he very nicely answered a couple questions for me. I have not used the service dept. at Lamoreux Ford yet so I can't comment on that, but if the service dept. is anything like the sales and customer service depts. then I'm sure I will not be disappointed. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to buy from Lamoreux Ford. More

We went to the dealership with a specific car in mind, but we soon realized it was not exactly what we wanted to he showed us some comparable models that were more in our price range specific car in mind, but we soon realized it was not exactly what we wanted to he showed us some comparable models that were more in our price range. Before I bought the truck I found out that my brother-in-law has gotten his trucks here as well and speaks very highly of them. I Have owned the truck for 2 months now, it is still fantastic!
