We were surprised by your review as our Customer Relations Manager was able to assist you during your trip that allowed you to complete your trip without interruption. The quote we gave you for the cabin filter was far less than the quote you represented and we are competitive with the shop you paid to have this replaced. Your tire measurement is a safety recommendation, while the minimum legal tread depth in many states is 2/32 of an inch, most experts and tire shops recommend replacing tires at or before they reach 4/32 of an inch for optimal safety. This is especially crucial for vehicles that transport families or frequently travel in adverse weather conditions. We respect your choice to approve or decline any recommendation but any shop that sacrifices safety for cost savings may not be giving you the information you deserve.
