I do not visit auto dealerships that sell products I am even very interested in because I do not want to take one of your commissioned salesperson's "turn" dealing with me who is only window shopping. We keep our cars a very long time so we are not the typical people who trade every few years. As I explained in my chat message that got erased we are using our 2002 Toyota Sequoia to tow a travel trailer but are limited in what we can tow by the 6,300-pound towing limit. We are not really pickup truck people and we are disappointed that Toyota has not upgraded the very outdated current Toyota Sequoia to compete with the over 9,000 pound towing capacity of the new Ford Expedition. So we are beginning to look at pick up trucks. We are very interested in the 2022 Toyota tundra pick-up. We probably won't buy for another year so I really don't want to take up a sales person's time when it might make them lose a turn with a current buying client. I was just hoping to get some information about when your dealership might have some of the new Tundras to look at. It's unfortunate that I feel like I need to come in on a Sunday when you're closed even though I have spent a fair amount in your service department. I think that the current system that a lot of dealers use inhibits people like me from coming in to look at your products which would be a good thing for you from a marketing standpoint. I might suggest that you have a section of your property designated six days a week for just that kind of browsing only offering. You would have to staff it with a person that knows a lot about all your vehicles. I usually read everything I can get my hands on about a vehicle before I actually go to a dealership to shop. So sadly I usually know more about the vehicle in person is selling it to me. We have all been to a store where you ask a clerk about the product and they pick up the box that you are looking at and start reading the box. When you are buying something that costs over $50,000 you really need someone that knows a lot about all your products. That would require that whoever you assigned to the browsing-only territory that I am suggesting would have to really be into cars. Your sales lot is so empty it looks like you are out of business. I suggest you keep the few cars you have coming in and take orders only until this supply chain issue gets solves. Perhaps you could put up some giant pictures of the new vehicles like the new Tundra and invite people to come in and chat about the details. Every day could be an open house. I appreciate your offer to talk to Rick Price and I think I will do just that. Now I have to get back to my work and stop giving free unwanted advice about yours. Nobody died and left me in charge.

Paige, we believe you had recently purchased this vehicle from someone/someplace other than our dealership. We understand that this vehicle was sold with a reconstructed title. Vehicles with reconstructed titles often have multiple issues that are very costly to repair. We suggest taking the vehicle to the selling dealer for warranty repairs. What warranties? Also, I have stated to multiple Toyota people that the person who sold it to me lied and I will not do further business with them. Also what about my questions and the lies being told by Toyota employees? Again the combination meter and ABS light were not present at drop off
