Land Rover Of Chandler is a very dishonest dealership! From the salespeople to the General Manager Bobby Perich, who never returns phone calls. I purchased a new Land Rover and wish I had not! The Finance Manager Chad Hansen, kept pushing me to buy things I did not want and later found out his was not telling me the truth, Chad had sneaked in something I never agreed to purchase into my Finance paperwork(but made my payment the same by extending my loan term I never agreed too!) It makes me disgusted how these people do this and get away with it, Now I feel completely stuck in some Loan I never authorized and worthless product I paid for and will never use! Chad Hansen in Finance clearly lied to my family about financing options and interest rates! They all work together to manipulate customers and then present a fake honest image for their dealerships! Stay Away and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LAND ROVER OF CHANDLER! More

I came in and worked with Laurie Barnes in Finance. I was a first time buyer and told her I wanted to look at financing half of the price(had cash for the other) with my father's bank Navy Federal, cuz I was a first time buyer and told her I wanted to look at financing half of the price(had cash for the other) with my father's bank Navy Federal, cuz I knew they had really good interest rates. Laurie was very dishonest to my face and said Navy Federal would not give me a loan (even with excellent credit dad as a cosigner) because Land Rover of Chandler was the only dealership for " Land Rover FIRST TIME BUYER PROGRAM' which is all untrue. She keep hammering me to buy warranties, tire protection, maintenance, etc(all things I did not need or could not afford) and it was a total waste of my day, time, gas! Oh yeah and I got approved at Navy Federal too by the way. Its not morally right to be dishonest. I think I will complain to BBB and attorney generals office about her and Land Rover Of Chandler for letting her do that in the Finance Department!. Scamming and taking advantage of the customers to push a sale and make the BIG BUCKS! More
