Land Rover Chandler

I came in and looked at a used Land Rover, that I needed to buy. Unfortunately we ended up working with the salesman Michael Young. I was a first time buyer and told him I wanted to look at financing inter to buy. Unfortunately we ended up working with the salesman Michael Young. I was a first time buyer and told him I wanted to look at financing interest rates after putting 10 thousand down.(grandpa was going to write a personal check) with my grandfather's bank, USAA. We never told Michael the interest rate USAA quoted us, but he said the absolute best interest rate we would get was 4% higher on the interest rate that USAA offered, and Michael said we would not find a lower rate anywhere even USAA? (how does he know that?) Since the interest rates are excellent. Michael was dishonest and he said USAA would not give me a loan (even with my grandpa's excellent credit as a cosigner) because Land Rover Of Chandler was the only dealership in the valley that had " FIRST TIME BUYER PROGRAM', is what we were told by him, which we later called USAA and found out most dealership's do! He kept pressuring me to buy at the higher interest rate and ruined/wasted our day, time, gas, and made me extremely uncomfortable! I got approved at USAA and bought at another dealership in the valley. It's not morally right to be dishonest, and mislead unknowledgeable people. More
