My name is Sadiya and I came in with a bunch of my family members to try and negotiate a good deal on a Land Rover Range Rover and got Michael Young as our sales rep. It was a terrible embarrassing experienc members to try and negotiate a good deal on a Land Rover Range Rover and got Michael Young as our sales rep. It was a terrible embarrassing experience. I told Michael we would be paying cash on a brand new 2026 Land Rover Range Rover and my aunt heard him snickering and making jokes to another person saying " ha yeah right they will probably try to trade oil for it since their Arabic" And she also heard he say something about kicking them out fast if they don't want to buy right away and something about sending us out on a bubble? I don't know what that means but we felt very offended by his racist comments and Michael would never give us an out the door price he kept playing games and pressuring us to buy. We did not even get a chance to test drive after we told him we were not buying right then because we wanted to also look at the Mercedes-Benz. Michael basically told us to leave and told us if we didn't buy the Land Rover Range Rover would be sold to another buyer that was coming in later than night to buy it. We drove by the next day and the vehicle was still on the lot! Just very unprofessional, played games with the price and offended us! WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM LAND ROVER OF CHANDLER BECAUSE OF MICHAEL YOUNG!!! nor will our other family members that also were planning on it. More
