Going in, I was eager but nervous to buy a new car for the first time. The staff was so helpful and patient (I'm a bit indecisive). What a great experience and such a friendly staff. Galpin Motors makes car buying fun and I was in and out within hours, unlike other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. Most amazing car dealership I've ever seen. Like the Neiman Marcus of car dealers, with Costco prices. Great service, nice people. Their inventory of new Jaguars is simply the best in Los Angeles.
