Purchased a used Defender 10 days ago and still do not have the car. Broke down as I left the dealership, waited 6 hours to repair it, then had to bring it back to the dealership the next morning with mul have the car. Broke down as I left the dealership, waited 6 hours to repair it, then had to bring it back to the dealership the next morning with multiple problems, including the original issue (coolant leak), along with broken headlights, warning signals, and a faulty heated steering wheel. The vehicle was obviously not checked before sale, as they claimed, and I am now waiting for them to order the parts to repair the vehicle. The second time I purchased a used LR from an Autonation dealer, and both times have been a horrible experience. Researching the NYS Lemon Law to possibly get a refund on the purchase if this goes beyond 15 days. More

Our salesman, Jim Raysor, was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Great follow up. I felt that he and the dealership appreciated our business, and Jim went out of his way to keep us informed friendly and attentive. Great follow up. Our experience in addition to loving the car that he found that met our needs caused us to give Jim and Land Rover New Rochelle our business over other cars and dealerships. We have bought from them before in their old location, and this was our best Land Rover experience, and the best experience compared to other car dealerships we visited. We have bought 5 Porsche vehicles from a local dealership, and did not give them repeat business and buy another Cayenne because we preferred the experience with Jim and Land Rover. More

Brought my Range Rover in for service on October 21st, when I was given my vehicle back whoever worked on it left their large cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee in my vehicle. When I asked Silex what's with the when I was given my vehicle back whoever worked on it left their large cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee in my vehicle. When I asked Silex what's with the coffee in my car he looked stunned and gave no answer. I also complained on the Landrover web site and explained what happened. They said someone will reach out to me. I guess they're pretty busy because no one ever got back to me. More
