We purchased a brand-new 2026 Range Rover from Land Rover Range Rover of New Rochelle, expecting the premium level of quality and customer service that comes with the brand. Unfortunately, this has been one Range Rover of New Rochelle, expecting the premium level of quality and customer service that comes with the brand. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing ownership experiences we've ever had. We have purchased Range Rovers from this dealership in the past and previously had much better experiences, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Almost immediately after bringing the vehicle home, we noticed several defects and contacted the dealership to schedule repairs. Once our case was transferred to Silex in the Service Department, communication completely fell apart. Multiple follow-ups went unanswered, and weeks passed without any progress. I eventually had to call myself just to find out what was happening and when our vehicle could be brought in for service. By that point, the vehicle was already more than four months old. We finally dropped the vehicle off on June 3, 2026. Although we were provided a loaner vehicle, our Range Rover remained at the dealership until July 16, 2026—nearly six weeks. For most of that time, the vehicle appeared to simply sit there with very little progress being made. The most significant issue involved the driver's seat. Before we even purchased the vehicle, the lower leather seat cushion already showed signs of abnormal wear. Within only a few months of ownership, the condition deteriorated much further. We documented the issue with photos and repeatedly pointed it out to both Sales and Service. Initially, we were told the seat would be repaired. Later, we were informed they would not repair it and would instead attempt to have it covered under the manufacturer's warranty. After nearly six weeks, we received a text saying the vehicle was ready to be picked up—even though the seat had not been repaired. We were told that, "in good faith," they would continue trying to obtain warranty approval. In other words, after keeping our vehicle for almost a month and a half, the primary issue that prompted the repair visit remained unresolved. To make matters worse, when we picked up the vehicle, the interior had not even been vacuumed or wiped down. It was returned to us dirty, which is simply unacceptable after a lengthy service visit for a luxury vehicle. The final surprise came in a text message from Silex stating: "We discovered the tracker was disconnected and broken. It was not handed over in this condition. Was there some kind of accident?" This message was both confusing and concerning. I had no idea what tracker he was referring to, nor had anyone explained that the vehicle had such a device installed. Being asked whether we had been in an accident, without any context, was unprofessional and an inappropriate way to communicate with a customer. I also found out that the old manager Claudio is no longer with the company which is very unfortunate. My feeling is he wouldn't have let this happen had he still be there. Especially since he is the reason we decided to purchase from this location in the first place because of his professional and efficient manner. Overall, this entire experience reflected a lack of communication, accountability, urgency, and attention to detail. Keeping a customer's brand-new vehicle for nearly six weeks, failing to complete the primary repair, returning it dirty, and then sending an accusatory text message is not the level of service anyone should expect from a luxury dealership. As a repeat Range Rover customer, I expected far better. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Land Rover Range Rover of New Rochelle. There are other dealerships that value their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a Range Rover to look elsewhere. More

On May 5, 2026, I visited Land Rover New Rochelle to purchase a 2025 Range Rover P530 SE LWB. Prior to arriving, I had communicated extensively with a salesperson, and after negotiations, we mutually ag purchase a 2025 Range Rover P530 SE LWB. Prior to arriving, I had communicated extensively with a salesperson, and after negotiations, we mutually agreed on pricing and terms for the vehicle purchase. At the dealership, both parties signed the purchase contract along with numerous related legal and financing documents. I also provided a deposit in the amount of $15,000.00 to begin the transaction process. As part of the transaction process, the dealership also ran my credit and obtained a credit inquiry/report in connection with the financing and purchase approval process. The agreement was that I would take delivery of the vehicle that same evening and leave my trade-in vehicle with the dealership. However, I was informed there was an issue involving the battery in the new vehicle, and I was assured the vehicle would instead be delivered the following day. Relying on the dealership’s representations and the fully executed agreement, I proceeded to remove insurance coverage from my trade-in vehicle and transfer coverage to the newly purchased Range Rover. In addition, the dealership took possession of my vehicle registration as part of the transaction paperwork, leaving me without my registration documentation and forcing me to incur additional time, inconvenience, and expense to obtain a replacement registration. As part of the transaction, the dealership also initiated the payoff process for my trade-in vehicle. However, after deciding not to honor the executed purchase agreement, the dealership reversed or cancelled that payoff process, creating confusion and disruption with my existing auto loan account. As a direct result of the dealership's actions and the resulting payoff cancellation, I was assessed penalties, late fees, and other charges that I otherwise would not have incurred. The following day came and I received no communication or updates from the dealership regarding delivery. Multiple text messages and attempts to obtain information went unanswered for several days. It was not until Friday, May 8, 2026, that anyone from the dealership finally reached back out to us after repeated attempts to get an update on the status of the vehicle and transaction. After continuing to seek answers, I contacted the General Manager, Mark Hoch. During that conversation, I was informed that the dealership believed the vehicle had been sold “too cheap” and that they intended to cancel or “forfeit” the contract despite the agreement having already been executed and signed by both parties. I then personally returned to the dealership in an attempt to resolve the matter and take possession of the vehicle I had legally purchased. Instead of honoring the executed agreement, I was denied delivery of the vehicle and informed that my deposit would simply be refunded. This experience was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I have never encountered a situation where a dealership fully executes legally binding documents, accepts a substantial deposit, runs a customer’s credit, collects registration documents, initiates the delivery process, causes a customer to transfer insurance coverage, initiates and then cancels a payoff on a trade-in vehicle resulting in penalties and late fees to the customer, and then refuses to honor the sale solely because they later decided the agreed-upon price was unfavorable to them. At no point was I seeking anything beyond the completion of the agreed transaction and delivery of the vehicle I purchased in good faith. I acted in reliance on the dealership’s representations and signed agreements throughout the process. As a result of the dealership’s conduct, I suffered unnecessary financial damages, including penalties and late fees associated with the mishandling of my trade-in vehicle payoff, as well as significant inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption. I am sharing this review so that other consumers are aware of my experience a More
