Carolyn and Brandon were amazing. Jeremy handled my car the first visit and rushed me and did not follow through on getting an appraisal for my vehicle. When my issue was not resolved (I had to come back 3 more times) he passed me off to Carolyn and would avoid me when I came into the dealership. Carolyn was kind enough to get Brandon involved to help me and solve the issue with my vehicle. Land Rovers service has consistently deteriorated over the past 15 years that I have been driving their vehicles. Huge disappointment and definitely drives me to change brands. More
