Working with Paul Attardo and Land Rover of Norwood was such a pleasure. I honestly did not know what kind of vehicle I would purchase, but I knew I wanted an SUV that had add space for my very large dog such a pleasure. Paul was so kind (not pushy) and had a desire to share his knowledge. He was patience and willing to walk me through the various models. He, as well as the service organization people we have worked with, understand their products well and have always been available to answer our questions and give us the support we've needed both in the acquisition and servicing of our automobiles. The finance department at Land Rover Norwood has also been efficient and accurate in our lease agreements in order to get us on the road in a new car as quickly as possible. All of this and the use of loaner autos will keep us in the fold as customers. More

As a woman looking for a car by myself, it was a very comfortable experience. We went on a test drive and finally after I was sure that this was what I was looking for, we discussed numbers. I have found that most salesman want your purchase that day, Andy was very easy going and understood that the sale would not be made that day. I recently contacted George Knipfing at Land Rover Norwood service after my brand new LR4 was involved in a major accident. Ultimately, we determined that we did not want to keep the damaged vehicle and decided to purchase a new car. Alan Wilmarth, together with Chris Cunnion, worked incredibly hard locating me a new car, transporting it to Massachusetts, registering it and delivering it right to my driveway in less than 1 1/2 weeks! I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. More

Most of the salespeople are taught by the "come on down" type of dealerships, the back and forth haggling, the don't you dear let the buyer out of the showroom, grind it out for the last hundred type. I can think of only three salespeople of memory that were actually sales professionals and not "used car salesmen". I can say that working with Andy at Land Rover Norwood was ENJOYABLE. I almost never take the time to write a review about anything, but had such a great experience that i wanted to pass it along. More
