Great before the sale however everything changed after things were completed. They were dishonest with all of their fees and the warranty. My experience with Jaguar Land Rover was unpleasant at best. The salesman was dishonest. He told me I HAD to buy an insurance product, it was not optional. When I read the paperwork at home, there was a statement that this insurance was not a condition of sale. He had his mechanic appraise my old car. He said that the transmission was slipping. I took the car home and had a mechanic look at it, he said that was not true. When I attempted to decline additional insurance I was put under enormous pressure to buy it and was worn down. The transaction cost 36k when it should only have cost 30k. I wrote a letter to the GM but he did not have the courtesy to respond. More

Bought a used BMW and traded in a vehicle. The dealership failed to payoff the trade in for over two months which caused me to have a late payment on the trade-in. Terrible experience. I had some warranty work I wanted done to my Discovery, made an appointment, showed up and left my car for repairs. Later that afternoon I texted my service advisor, Jason Lewis, but did not hear from him. An hour later I texted again but still no reply. I called and left a message for him but did not hear back. When my wife called later, she was told everyone in service had gone home. I was stranded without my car. The next day I went to the dealership after trying to call and confronted my service advisor. He had no idea about my car, it had sat all day yesterday and he never checked on how it was doing. I was angry and took my car home but Jason Lewis said, "I want to make it up to you." He made another appointment for me and secured a loaner. They would come to my house, leave the loaner and take my car in to be serviced. That never happened. Another screw-up by this service advisor. I called earlier that day and left a message for the general manager to call me. He called late that afternoon and after hearing about my experience had his new service manager call me. He made an appointment for me and said that they would pick up my car and leave a loaner and at the end of the day they would return my car and pick up the loaner. Jim, the new service manager, went out of town for training and my car did not get picked up. The next day, the service advisor that was on my latest appointment called. Jim had gotten one of my messages and had him call me - for what? The appointment was missed and it was too late to do anything. I do not recommend this dealership or its service department. More
