I had made appointment on 5/13 for my velar . Upon entering the service department. The place is super clean, very organized! I was greeted by Kimberly Estala, Kimberly was so sweet, kind, caring Upon entering the service department. The place is super clean, very organized! I was greeted by Kimberly Estala, Kimberly was so sweet, kind, caring , genuine , very down to Earth, she has the positive upbeat energy about her. She asked us what was wrong , I told her my velar has be having trouble with my sensory and my engine light constantly comes and goes . She listened to all of our concerns and questions . She answered them all! She is very knowledgeable which is great , since this I my first Land Rover . She told me it might take a couple day or more which I knew . The next day I get a video audio from Kimberly showing me what was really wrong with the velar , The O2 sensors needed to be replaced & coolant was leaking , the video was so clear and the description of where and what they need to do was amazing !! That was so thoughtful of her! Thank you so much!! I never had that kind of experience it was so wonderful!! I got a call from Kimberly yesterday that my velar was ready! Hooray! Upon entering were greeted by Steve , Steve was so kind, he help me get check out smooth & I got my car back Hooray! I had such a very warm positive experience here ! Everyone was super kind & very friendly! I highly trust them & with my car! I especially would Love Thank Kimberly!!
