I purchased a car from this dealership over two months ago. After 30 days, the bank contacted me and stated that they had not received my documents from the dealership. When I reached out to the dealership, they assured me that they had sent all the required documents to the bank and corrected the contract. They advised me that I did not need to take any further action. After another 30 days, I received a text message from the finance manager requesting me to return the car due to the bank's denial of finance. As soon as I contacted the bank, they informed me that my application was approved. However, the dealership had failed to send the corrected contract again. The only update that the dealership needed to make was to correct the address on the contract. Nevertheless, despite having an email and recorded call from the bank stating that the only thing needed was the corrected contract from the dealership, they refused to correct the simple mistake. They harassed and screamed at me, insisting that I return the vehicle. I am appalled at their incompetence and consider this dealership to be the worst place to deal with. Additionally, they added fees for lojack (1k) and warranties (an extra 4500), which they hid in the contract without my knowledge. The list goes on. I am sick to my stomach. I had possession of the vehicle for more than two months before they asked for the car back. More

You can also notice this at their sister locations i.e. Arrowhead BMW. In March 2024, I arranged for my vehicle's annual service, confirming the appointment and scheduling a pickup later in the week. Unexpectedly, Cody Bates contacted my spouse, who wasn't the designated point of contact, and deceitfully added $500 worth of unnecessary services without consent. Despite attempts to resolve the misunderstanding, Cody displayed a lack of accountability or desire to problem solve. Despite paying nearly $2,000 for BASIC servicing (CABIN FILTER, OIL CHANGE, TIRE ROTATION), I was unjustly blamed for the unauthorized upselling (isn't doing that malicious or unethical?). However, even after trying to fix things, it became evident that upselling was a common practice for Cody and the company, leading me to believe it was intentional. Upselling is a common practice however, it should NOT be done aggressively, unethically, or done by any means necessary. Although I've NEVER felt compelled to leave a negative review on google before, I feel obligated to share my experience to warn others about the unethical practices of this business. Unfortunately this is not the FIRST of issues and NOT EVEN the worst of issues... After these experiences It's clear it's not just a "mistake" it's just how they do business. I hope this can help you in considering your options… Go to Scottsdale instead. More
