Poorest service ever received Usually when you make an appointment for service, you should be seen close to the scheduled time, not over 24 hours later. After not hearing from the Usually when you make an appointment for service, you should be seen close to the scheduled time, not over 24 hours later. After not hearing from the dealership for more than 25 hours, I called and spoke to service department to find out the status of my vehicle, only to discover it had not even been looked at by service personnel. About 6 hours later, I get a call stating what the problem they discovered was and the proposed fix action that would not happen until the next day. Fun enough, this very dealership had check off the 27 point inspection not even two months earlier stating that this was not a problem. So along with pencil-whipping the checklist, the service department caused the issue when I paid for a different service earlier. Needless to say, my vehicle will NEVER see the inside of this service department again. More

Fr About 8 months ago, I brought my family in to David Stanley for a new vehicle. I have been pretty hesitant of dealerships and mostly shady tactics. From the moment I walked into this dealership they made me feel like thy wanted the best for me! I drove off the lot with a brand new vehicle and confidence in the deal. I think both sides got a fair and outstanding deal. Yesterday my brand new vehicle starts having problems, I take it to my local dealer and they give me the run around all while leaving me without a car to drive the entire day. I call Stephan my salesman from David Stanley and he tells me to bring up the Jeep and he will take care of me. When I arrive they set me up with a loaner, not just any loaner but a brand new car right of the lot. I really feel they truly care and go the extra mile to help with any issues or concerns you may have... Not just when the money is being passed but well after the transaction is complete! No wonder they have so many awards. They are absolutely outstanding! More

Save your self from aggravation I dropped a jeep for some minor warranty work after 6 days of hearing nothing I stopped by to check on it. I was told they haven't Ben able to get to it yet. 6 days is a little excessive in my opinion. I told they guy I would just take elsewhere and all he said was ok. I took it to Fowler and they jumped on my warranty work with no problem. You can tell when you walk in to stanley service dept. that it is chaotic and not organized period. Always go with your gut when you have a bad feeling it is for a reason. Never again David Stanley you are a bunch of clowns! More
