If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I made an appointment to have the 75K mile checkup plus to diagnose why the skid light came on and tachometer quit working. When I arrived at the dea I made an appointment to have the 75K mile checkup plus to diagnose why the skid light came on and tachometer quit working. When I arrived at the dealership, a customer service manager, Tony, tried to turn me away. He actually put my keys in my hand. He said they were too busy to diagnose any problems. I explained I had an appointment and I had it in writing. So they kept my car and later called me and told me the checkup was complete and they would diagnose my car in 10 days. I asked if I needed to bring it back in 10 days and was told that the car had to stay there or I would "lose my place in the queue". I asked about a loaner car and was told they have rentals but none were available. I returned to the dealership and retrieved my car. I took it to my local mechanic who diagnosed and repaired the problem in 20 minutes. I will never return to this dealership. No one acted like they cared at all, and the prices for the checkup were outrageous. My mechanic told me he could have done the same things for much cheaper. I was extremely disappointed in the people at this dealership. More

Don’t they stick to they warranty agreements, cause if your car motor is covered under the warranty then they should fix it. Instead of giving u the 3 rd degree on maintaince reports and I think that’s po your car motor is covered under the warranty then they should fix it.
