Well worth having the experts install, a mis-drilled hole would have cost $$$ to repair. Oil change/ tire rotation I had an appointment t I have oil change and recommended tire rotation, they check other things such cabin air filter. Jason brought the filter to sho I had an appointment t I have oil change and recommended tire rotation, they check other things such cabin air filter. Jason brought the filter to show me a hickory nit lodged in the filter as well as other trash and debris on it, stating that it needed to be replaced, I told him I’d take care if that myself. They charge $41.00 plus some change to do that and the filter was already out and in his hand, it’s a $10.00 or less part. REALLY?!? So today, less than 24 hours later I decided I’d check to see if they even bothered to empty the nut and trash out of filter before replacing it......Nope! This is so pitiful!!! So wrong, shows what customer service means to them!! I’m amazed!!! So easy to just dump it in trash before he stuck it back in place!! Beyond words!!! More
