Internet price and salesman price were the same. Manager decided that internet price was $3000 too low and wouldn’t sell vehicle for advertised price. Landmarks service department is a nightmare to deal with. I spent $50,000 on a brand new explorer, that has nothing but issues. The door rattles when you drive, the passenger window makes a noise like the window is rolled down. One of the windows doesn’t roll down at all, and never has. I made an appointment to get all of this addressed plus an oil change, they have no loaner car to put me in, they have no idea what time they are going to look at my vehicle, and have no idea how long they are going to have it. I live an hour away and I’m supposed to go who knows how long without a vehicle to drive, after spending $50,000 on a brand new car there. I will never buy another vehicle at landmark again. More
