I just wanted to say how pleased I have been with my whole experience at Landmark Lincoln, I arrived and was greeted by Kyle in the service dept., He took the time to escort me back to the body shop a whole experience at Landmark Lincoln, I arrived and was greeted by Kyle in the service dept., He took the time to escort me back to the body shop area, even tho he is there to help customers needing service. Thanks Kyle. I met with Ed Hunglinger and he very easy going and friendly. He walked me thru the entire process and quickly got the details of what was needed for the repairs. He promised me a quote would follow soon and it did! I scheduled the work and dropped it on the day we set up. He gave me a time line and met it perfectly! The work they did was amazing. The repair was flawless and the paint color match was perfect. Well done and thank you so much! I would highly recommend this Dealership and Paint Shop to anyone and everyone! My overall experience with the dealership and specifically, our salesperson, Louis Yacovetta, was outstanding. When we came to pick up the vehicle (MKX Black Label) , we were running a little lat specifically, our salesperson, Louis Yacovetta, was outstanding. When we came to pick up the vehicle (MKX Black Label) , we were running a little late and by the time we were done, it was well past closing time. Nonetheless, Louis Yacovetta still took the time to walk through the vehicle with my wife and I, sharing his vast knowledge (and I do mean VAST) with us. We later found out that we made Louis late for a personal commitment but we could never tell. When we did finally leave, we felt like we got a good deal and a great car from a very knowledgeable and eager to please sales professional. Keep up the great work. More

Since buying the MKC Lincoln (a 2012) in 2017 I have driven this vehicle very limited miles and NEVER have I had a vehicle I enjoyed driving more and enjoyed the driveing pleasures and lay driven this vehicle very limited miles and NEVER have I had a vehicle I enjoyed driving more and enjoyed the driveing pleasures and layout of all the features in the interior and operation of the various systems (speed control, sound, navigation, AC controls, wipers/wash heated/cooled seats HEY!! I have had Lincolns since 1956 and 1957 1961 back in late 50's early 60's This was and is THE VERY BEST Lincoln in my Lifetime! More

(of course with social distancing it was awkward to stand apart from the two wonderful associates while they delivered our new car to our house) From a basic negotiation over texts, emails and phone calls to their Lincoln Black Label delivery of our 2020 Lincoln Navigator L it was too easy. I will tell everyone I know about these wonderful folks. The delivery experience was great, they practiced social distancing with masks and sanitizing the vehicle. I couldn't have asked for anything more. More
