I came into the dealership after 5pm on a Thursday night and was greeted by 3 friendly salesmen. I proceeded to test drive several different makes of cars, both new and program SUV's. As I drove I went ove and was greeted by 3 friendly salesmen. I proceeded to test drive several different makes of cars, both new and program SUV's. As I drove I went over different options with the salesman, like trading two cars versus selling them outright and using the money as down payment. It was a very pleasant experience and I never felt pressured or hurried even though it was getting late. We finished the paperwork around 9pm and I drove off with two new cars (my husband drove one :)) I look forward to working with the service department on the upkeep of my new Santa Fe and Tucson!! He took considerable time to show us the features of the Genesis, even bringing his own personal vehicle so that we could see the technology package. The finance manager was also great to work with. He dealt with us fairly and was upfront about trade in values. They stayed late in order to find the car we wanted. The service we received was comparable to the experience we've had at "luxury" dealerships. The atmosphere at this dealership was laid back and pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and buying experience! More
