About 6 years ago we had purchased a Rogue from Langway and had a great experience. Recently we were looking for a new/used car and took a trip to Langway. Another great experience. I would 100% go back to Langway again as we very pleased with Kris, Jay in the finance office and the additional staff that assisted. More

A few suggestions- 1) have service personnel introduce themselves. Mine never gave me his name. 2) if waiting time changes from what was initially given, come to customer and say so.I waited an extra hou themselves. I suggest you block off the area closest to exit door and number each space. Customer knows which number space their car is. More
