This is a “stakeholder” dealership; every facet of employee and client happiness is part of Langway Toyota & Nissan’s mission statement. I have purchased six vehicles over the years from Mr. Langway a employee and client happiness is part of Langway Toyota & Nissan’s mission statement. I have purchased six vehicles over the years from Mr. Langway and his team, and they are consistently concerned with doing business for a lifetime, not just a single purchase or service visit or a parts dept visit. There are other car brands that I would consider, however the the Langway experience has me loyal to the dealership first, and the brand or model, second and I just don’t think I could go elsewhere. Also, I like going a place where I know the people who work there; that’s another consideration, Mr. Langway’s people have been there for me too; Russ Bauer G.M. and Adam Reeg in sales and the Service Manager Mr. Soares and the factory trained service technicians too, and more names that I am forgetting. I have stopped using the dealer. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour, I saw my car was still waiting in the service entrance and questioned what was going on. I was told that they were going to get right on it, and my car was moved. Another hour later, I was told that they had not yet begun my service and that it would be another hour before I got my car back. At that time, I asked for my car back and decided that if that was how they treated a customer, I would take my business elsewhere. More

That’s right. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they chose retaliation. Clearly, they don’t value honesty, accountability, or customer service — just your money. This place does not deserve your trust or your business. If you care about transparency, fair treatment, and not being bullied by a dealership, go anywhere else. AK Kafel, the “service advisor,” was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Jeff Soares, the Service Director, didn’t care one bit — even after the Toyota Engagement Center accepted my complaint. More

AK, who is a service advisor, is phenomenal. He takes care of you, whatever the car issue, from your initial phone call to the end. He goes above and beyond to make sure all is taken care of. He is extremely knowledgeable and above all trustworthy. I also have had contact with master technician Ralph who is also great. He has worked on my car and is super. During a recent visit, I've also met the young lady who works in parts-tires. I, unfortunately didn't catch her name, but she was also great and extremely knowledgeable. Also, met Rami who works in the garage. He was such a nice guy. He was walking through waiting room and just stopped to give me a car update. More
