I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Lansdale Chrysler Jeep in early 2013, and the staff at the dealership was exceptional from start to finish. I traded in a vehicle as part of my purchase, and they were very reasonable in terms of trade-in value and providing a no-hassle experience. I would highly recommend this dealership, and would definitely use them again.

Customer service was excellent. Not a full tank of gas! Only half tank. Greg is a professional sales person . Finance person was excellent also. Great dealership. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I purchased a pre-owned BMW. Listed price was on target with online listings, and negotiation of overall deal with my trade in was straight-forward, with no games and a reasonable give and take. Overall deal was fair on both sides. After leaving with the car (I took delivery same day as test-drive), I found that the car's navigation system was confused and could not accurately track the car's position. It was very clear that the dealership had not been aware of this. They, like me, noted that the thing seemed to work on the test-drive and neither party invested the time to explore its functionality beyond that it turned on and seemed to show the car as a moving arrow. Once I left, though, it became obvious that it quickly lost place with reality and had no real idea of the car's direction of travel.

Salesman Greg Siep and others from the dealership were very responsive about the issue. Even when none of us knew if this would be a quick fix or an expensive refit of the entire nav system, the dealership did not rule out options for making things right. Ultimately, they had the problem repaired expediently by a BMW dealer on their dime and all was well. Everyone was friendly, responsive and accommodating throughout. Very straight-forward folks to deal with.

Oh, and the car I traded in was old, but has a lot of life left: look for a 1999 BMW Z3 roadster -- it'll be about the most fun you could have for the price. I upgraded to a newer Z4, but I will forever miss her.

Very patient staff. Not pushy. I was able to do business with 2 toddlers. Everyone treated the children well.I knew what I wanted and was only encouraged to look at vehicles that were similar. They kept my payments where I wanted. No hassles.

The sales experience from sales associate Greg was better than all previous car purchasing experiences. We never felt pushed or pressured. Greg was very knowledgable about the vans we were looking at. We were excited to have the kids think we were going on a "test" drive when we were in fact buying the car. Greg went along with the "acting" and made the surprise with the kids a memorable day. The whole experience was great. Thanks Greg!

Overall experience was very good. Good follow up by Greg Seip on my innitial inquiry. I felt comfortable at the dealership as it was kid friendly for my son and was comfortable for me while I was waiting for my car and trade in numbers. I would recommend this dealership to friends or family. Also, Greg did a nice job of orienting me to my new car.

We called the Lansdale Dodge dealership after seeing theCaravan we wanted on the Autotrader site. My husband talked to Greg on the phone and set up a time to meet. When we arrived, Greg was backing in the vehicle. One of the other gentleman had met us at the door upon arrival prior and said Greg would be right back. We then took a test drive with Greg. Greg's friendliness and kind demeanor put us at ease. The car was exactly what we were looking for. We went in to Greg's desk to talk turkey. I noticed Greg had taken notes from my husbands phone call with a lot of detail. I was impressed with that because we may not of showed up. He seemed very organized and competent. He even kept us company while our trade in was being assessed. We were not from the area we traveled two hours to this dealership and we would do it again because of all the good folks there and the great service. I came to the Landsdale dealership as a result of another local dealership going out of business. I have owned in the past about 10 or 11 mini vans, all of them Dodge Grand Caravans. I have had Landsdale Chrysler Jeep service my previous vehicle for several years. When it cam time to trade in my Caravan I went to see them. David was easy to deal with, knew his product, and made it easy for me to move up to the Town and Country I now have. I enjoy the car immensely, I feel the deal was fair and the price and trade allowance was very fair. I would not hesitate when the time comes again to purchase a car from this dealer ship, and will ask for David to be sure.
