Jose Perez the internet consultant responded to my initial inquiries promptly and provided me with a fair comparison between buying or leasing the car. , Victor Kyrr our salesman, was professional thorough and worked very hard to make the lease of the vehicle smooth and meet my expectations. An excellent salesman, Victor should be commended by his supervisors. As for the finance manager, Steve Weissman, I cannot articulate how thankful we are and how much we appreciate his professionalism, candor, and service. Steve helped us and met our goals for the lease in price and customer service. Finally, the detail department did an excellent job preparing the vehicle quickly and delivering us what is turning out to be a very enjoyable car to drive. What an experience! I came to this dealer after a disappointing customer experience at another Honda location. First let me start off by saying that I was very pleased by I came to this dealer after a disappointing customer experience at another Honda location. First let me start off by saying that I was very pleased by the professionalism of the gentleman that helped me out. I inquired about a new Honda Accord on the largo website and soon enough I received an email from Jose Perez, trying to reach out to me. Jose was very flexible and we set an appointment at a convenient time and day. Upon entering the dealer I was immediately greeted by friendly faces and introduced to Jose, which would be taking care of me. I must admit that being a first time buyer I was unsure of the process but Jose was excellent. His friendliness, knowledge and genuine character made me feel at ease with the car buying process. He wasn't the typical salesman you encounter at the dealer trying to harrass you into buying a car. He was definitely patient and very open to my concerns and questions, I am beyond happy that I came to this dealer and was able to leave with the car I wanted!! The finance manager was also very professional and made the buying process that much easier for me. He was funny and very knowledgeable. I can't be anymore satisfied with the service I received at this dealer. Beyond excellent! More

We were there well after closing time finalizing our deal but she still explained every detail of the fine print so there wouldn't be any surprises. I really appreciated the low key (but professional) atmosphere especially after visiting other dealerships that day that were all about high pressure sales. I will be back in a few years for a new car and will in the meantime send all my family and friends there. More
