He was gracious and attentive to what we were looking for. He showed us the available models and explained in great detail all of the differences. After the test drive, we decided on purchasing a Honda Civic EX. Largo Honda honored the internet price we had found with no hesitation. This was very impressive; no hidden costs popped up unexpectedly. We then met with Sheena Sanchez, Finance Manager, to work on financing. She was quickly able to secure a great financing deal, even though my credit is less than perfect. All in all, this was the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had! I followed the process by visiting the showroom, again Tony was great providing lots of information never rushing me to make a decision. He took the time to go over the difference between the models and colors. He educated me on the difference but he never rush me or pressure me to make a quick decision. Rick was great at taking care of me with the pricing and trade, he really worked hard to take care of me. The final process of my purchase was handled by Sheena, She did an awesome job in getting me the best numbers for the finance of my new car. The team at Largo Honda did an awesome job taking care of a normally long and usually not pleasant process. I have purchase several vehicles in the past from them when they were at the old location in Key Largo. It was great to see that there slogan of no SHARKS is very much alive and that their sales team are very pleasant to deal with. I found Tony Ruiz to be very professional but must important Knowledgeable about the car. As a sales person of course he tried his sales techniques but never made me feel rush to make a decision.
