I am not happy service is not acceptable your service department has made me feel like a criminal they have had my truck since the 27th of May it was stolen on 22May and I have been without your service department has made me feel like a criminal they have had my truck since the 27th of May it was stolen on 22May and I have been without a vehicle for going on 17 days I am on disabilities and live by myself I cannot walk very far due to injury sustained in a tree accident. I crushed my heals and can't walk very far I stated this to your service department they acted like that it was not their problem I have to eat. Now it has been 17 days I have been without a way to get around they did not even try to get a loaner they just put me on a waiting list which never happend they have had my truck since the 27th of May why is it taking so long over 6 weeks now you have made me go threw extream pain every day I have to walk what do I have to do to get my truck back I have suffered enough thanks to your service department and then when I finally get a call that my truck was ready I go to pick my truck up they tell me I have to pay 500.00. Which is not right my truck was stolen I should not have to pay anything I did nothing wrong yet they treated me like I did thanks a bunch this hole ordeal has been a complete nightmare and to top it off when I picked my truck up I could not believe what it looked like it was filthy inside and out never again will I take my truck to your service dept. More

I got there about 30 minutes early but they took my car in early, did the update, explained everything to me and didn't charge me anything. The service technician who did the work was excellent. I bought the car from Larry H Miller in February of 2017 and everyone there who I dealt with was excellent and I highly recommend Larry H Miller and if I buy another car at some point that's the only place I will go to. My software update did take more than an hour but the biggest majority of the time was because the update is large and it is slow loading to the car, rather than being downloaded on a high speed connection. I have nothing but the very best to say about the technician and the dealership. More

Terrible customer service!!! I swear I am invisible. I went in to pick up my car, tried to talk to five different people sitting with their backs towards the customers, having c I swear I am invisible. I went in to pick up my car, tried to talk to five different people sitting with their backs towards the customers, having conversations with each other and completely oblivious to the customers. It took over twenty minutes for me to even get noticed and I was actively asking for help. Several other customers said the same thing. Apparently their conversations were more important than everyone’s needs. More

Maintenance I went there with an appointment at 1 o’clock to have my oil changed and my differential fluid checked...basically a maintenance check. I was there until 3pm before I went up and started asking what was going on. They finally came over to me after about 10-15 more minutes to tell me that they did not have Honda differential fluid in stock. They had to go buy it. I didnt leave there until 3:40. So dissappointed. More
