We went in to buy a Jeep and experienced very very high pressure sales. We told them we wanted to keep shopping and test drive some other vehicles, but they would not take no for an answer. We ended up signing on a car that we really were not in love with right before the dealership closed. We came to pick up our car the next day and realized that we had made a horrible mistake. We took the car back within one hour and asked if we could return the car and buy another off the lot. They originally said there was nothing they could do, but then decided that they would allow us to pick another car off their lot. We were very thankful for the option to. However, when we chose another vehicle they would not negotiate the price at all. We had lost all negotiating power and we paid FULL MSRP on our brand new jeep. Then when we went to sign papers they told us that we were required to purchase the 5 year extended warranty! We ended up paying $2307.00 for warranties that we didn't even want, but they told us we had no choice. Days later we called the extended warranty company directly and they told us the dealership lied to us and that we did not have to purchase the extended warranty if we didn't want it. I want people to know that ALL EXTENDED WARRANTIES ARE COMPLETELY CANCELABLE AND REFUNDABLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE!!! When I told the General Sales Manager (Nick) that we were unhappy with the situation we were in he said: "I could tell you to go jump in a lake, but this is Larry H. Miller." If they were a respectable company they would have taken the car back and trusted that we would still buy a new car from them. As soon as we signed the papers on our first vehicle we were nothing but a dollar sign. They could care less about our happiness and our satisfaction. I have read many of these reviews and have seen that multiple people have had a problem with Nick. I will never buy a car from LHM again, and I have been telling all of my friends and family to never buy a car from them. Please don't buy a car from LHM in Provo! We went to Doug Smith in American Fork and have treated my so well! I would highly recommend Doug Smith to anyone. I now get all service on my Jeep through Doug Smith instead of LHM. More

Worse dealership EVER. and Larry H Miller does not even stand behind thier new vehicles. I bought a brand new Jeep Cherakee from them and it's a complete lemon. In less than 10 months, it has been in the stand behind thier new vehicles. I bought a brand new Jeep Cherakee from them and it's a complete lemon. In less than 10 months, it has been in the service department over 25 days. Engine head already replaced, etc. Major issues. And the worse part is that Larry H Miller is well aware of the 2012 Engine issues and WONT do anything about it including even taking my calls. Their customer service department just takes a message and refers you back to the dealership that wouldnt help in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. More
So I went in with my Girlfriend to buy a 2013 Jeep Cherokee and trade in my Dodge Ram (2011). I owed about 40k (maybe a little more) on my Dodge, they paid me 23k for it...which honestly they should Cherokee and trade in my Dodge Ram (2011). I owed about 40k (maybe a little more) on my Dodge, they paid me 23k for it...which honestly they should have paid me 27 for it..but I didn't press the issue as much as I should have. So we bought the vehicle and traded in my truck. About 2 weeks later (maybe 3) the TD auto finance company pulls another payment for the truck out of my account. I contacted them immediately and they said they have received no payoff. So I contacted Larry H. Miller and they told me to leave a message with their finance office. I did and they never got back to me. So My awesome bank UCCU returned the money to my account because they could see that I had traded in the vehicle and it was no longer mine. Finally I get a letter in the mail about the payoff coming through but there was a balance of 41.23. Now I was furious that they did not make the payoff in the time we had agreed on. The quote I gave them was a 10 day payoff quote. They knew this and waited 10+ days to pay off the truck leaving me with some money to pay off. Now the fact that it is $41.23 is not too big of a deal the big deal is that when I notified the head of the finance office of this he told me there is nothing he will do to fix the issue. I will for this reason never buy another vehicle from them as they are doing everything they can to screw me over 41 bucks...i just bought a 36,000 vehicle from them and they want to screw me over 41 bucks....I can not say enough horrible things about their finance department. More
These are the biggest crooks I have ever met. The first time I brought my car to them was to get a simple oil change. After a long wait, they came and told me that I need all new brakes that would cost me time I brought my car to them was to get a simple oil change. After a long wait, they came and told me that I need all new brakes that would cost me upwards of $1,000. Since I had only gotten my car about 6 months before that, I took it to a friend who works for an auto repair shop and he told me that my brakes were almost brand new. The next time I took my car in wasn't by choice but because of a recalled part on my car that they would replace for free only through the dealership. Again, the dealership brought about $800 worth of additional work to my attention. I just got back from getting my second opinion from another local auto repair shop and again, nothing. All the things the dealership sited were perfectly fine. I will NEVER do business with these dishonest con artists again. More

Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I had an appointment set up for a basic diagnostic check on a weekday, and after more than 7 hours they hadn't done anything.. This same issue has happened before on a less busy weekday. Both times I went in, the only way to get anything done is to threaten to leave. They treated my appointment like a walk in, and said that they would try and fit me in. At this latest appointment, I called after 7 hours, and not only did they not know where my car was, but they hung up on me twice. We refuse to do business there again. More
