We were a little disappointed this time as we've always had outstanding service in every area before. Have you discontinued washing the cars before pick-up? Ours didn't get washed. We told the service fellow that we'd be waiting for the car there. But after a couple of hours waiting, I checked with the service department and they said that the car had been finished quite awhile before and that they called us at home indicating the car was ready for pick-up. Then we had a problem locating the car in the lot. But the service fellow was helpful in finding the car for us. We always have had excellent service in all the years we've been coming to LM Chrysler and will continue to do so in the future. More
