If you’re just wanting to schedule an oil change, it tries to force you to schedule an additional service. I end up calling or just showing up early in the morning in the hopes that I get in. In fact, I have two other Dodge vehicles that I no longer bring to an LHM service center because I hate screwing around with your online scheduling tools. More
