1st time I actually received great service at this dealershi I thought I would give this dealership 1 last try since it is so close to home. Excellent Experience From the moment I make a service appointment until I pick-up my vehicle, Steve and his team always take excellent care of my needs. The Parts Department made sure to work with my to select the proper cover for my particular truck and my needs. Once the parts came in (by the way, they arrive precisely when the parts department said they would) I was able to set an appointment around my schedule and it was very prompt. I arrived at the dealership dropped off my vehicle and left for my workout. When I got back there was still a little waiting to do however when the truck rolled out it looked fantastic. I am extremely happy with my experiences at LHM Surprise and will continue to visit Steve anytime my Ram has a need. More
