The point is that awareness of signing of spot deal agreement should have been made PRIOR to us making the trip. We would never have made the 120 mile round trip unless financing was secured . We had spent time building an online profile and credit being run beforehand to avoid this . It is definitely shady business practice as had we known the deal wasn't set we would never have come to finalize documents. I feel as if the communication was lacking on that front and up front honest communication is important from a dealer.

I can tell by your response that you clearly do not care about how your employees conduct themselves, the financing part was not the only issue. It is the inappropriate behavior, of how he talked to my daughter, anyways it doesn't matter, there was a breach of contract, the dealer was passed the amount of days they have to cancel the contract. And we will be filing paperwork at the Pima County courthouse.
