BEWARE of spot deal scam! We went in to check out a vehicle and started the online process a few days after. Prior to making a 120 mile round trip to the dealership we decided to negotiate via phone an vehicle and started the online process a few days after. Prior to making a 120 mile round trip to the dealership we decided to negotiate via phone and they never updated the online deal and told us to come in. They had already run my spouses credit days before and we were under the assumption financing was set and that we were good to go . Never once during the conversation with the finance specialist was that we were signing a spot deal agreement. I have worked in finance for years and would have gladly waited the few days for the financing to drop before we collected the vehicle . We then took home the vehicle and got the call a few days later that the approval we garnered was short $9000 . Had we known we had needed to put money down we would have from the get go before we made the trip from out of town. We also would have gone with a different dealership had we known the run around and headache this has caused. They ran my spouses credit over 10 times causing a 20 point drop so even if we went with a new vehicle we would be screwed yet again. We also have used the vehicle we thought was ours for several trips out of town and now have to rent a vehicle to go on a trip to visit family when we thought we would be driving our new vehicle , but can't afford to waste anymore money.I have been buying vehicles for over 10 years and this has been the worst experience yet . I will be contacting our post to have this dealership blacklisted as we don't want other soldiers to fall for the old bait and switch as well. More

Extremely Poor Customer Service I came in to be a customer. I was treated very poorly. The sales people offered no assistance in getting the car I wanted. I am very furious with Tyler and the unprofessional way he conducted himself with my daughter. My daughter purchased a jeep renegade recently, after signing the contract and having the vehicle for close to he conducted himself with my daughter. My daughter purchased a jeep renegade recently, after signing the contract and having the vehicle for close to 2 weeks, Tyler calls her very rudely and demands she bring the vehicle back, tells her he's been calling her, asking her questions why she didn't answer (kind of creepy). My daughter had called so I could listen to their conversation when she brought the vehicle back, he told her she needed to give them $4800 to keep the vehicle or turn it in, this is 2 weeks after she signed a contract and drove it off the lot, thinking a young mother with a 1 year old baby would be naive. Luckily she has a copy of the contract and it clearly states how long a dealer has to cancel a contract. Therefore Tyler acting and representing on behalf of Larry H Miller has breached this contract. I am assisting my daughter currently to take a civil action for breach of contract, dealer fraud, and anything else I can. She is still waiting for the refund of her down payment also. Protect your children, do not go to this dealership. I am absolutely disgusted how they treat a customer after a sale doesn't go how they wanted it to. If there is any upper management willing to resolve this before litigation they can try to contact me through this channel. More
water leak into the driver's side Drove to service dept. Stated that water was leaking into into the drivers side from the engine compartment. Service person asked if I was driving with the windows down during a rain storm. Then asked if I was doing something under the hood to cause the leakage. By this time I was very pissed. He took the car in and said he'd call when ready. He called and I returned to see my car in a parking area with the doors open, motor running, heater going full blast. I checked the floor mats front and back and they were still soaked with water. I went inside and asked what was going on. The service person said they found the origin of the leak in the engine compartment. A factory tube from the air conditioner was faulty. I asked why didn't they remove the wet floor mats, said it wasn't warranted. Did not pay for my rental, although it was a factory problem. I WOULD NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE DEPT AGAIN. Came down from the mountain for a turn around trip and realized I was due for an oil change. Called and spoke with Michael, and he was delighted to pencil me in that day. Went through a run down of everything I wanted. Fast forward to less than an hour and I was out. Michael expressed concerns about my check engine light, which I knew about as my Cummins is anything but factory.
