I bought 15 cars from this dealership but I will not buy another. Financing individual is rude. Went and asked him ( Omar )for help but he shunned me off. This dealership lack of training and customer service. Bought this work van new in 2020. Brought it in for a ticking noise and power loss. Took a week to look at it. Then they tell me in needed a new engine and the cost would be $18000.00 This van has 68000 miles on it. Drove it back to my business shop and upon inspection. ( removing valve covers inspection) found two rochers broken on cylinder 5. No engine damage. As an hvac business owner. I thought the dealership (Place of purchase) would be able to diagnose and repair for me. Boy was I wrong. I will never step foot there again and will make sure all my contractor friends know my experience at Larry miller dodge. More
