Josh was great at answering all our questions and keeping us up to date as to a what is being done and why and how long it was going to take. He was extremely friendly and we loved that. We have to bring our car back in next week for our brake service and we will be contacting Josh again because he was so very helpful. As for the wait time, it was nice to sit back and relax and watch tv to take our minds off of how long we had to wait.....thanks and keep up the great work! More
I had an appointment for 9:30 am and arrived 9:25 am. A service adviser approached right away and found out who my appointment was with John. He was busy with another customer and the man told me to wait service adviser approached right away and found out who my appointment was with John. He was busy with another customer and the man told me to wait it shouldn't be long. 10 minutes later the first guy returned and said he would start my paperwork since John was still busy. He then did all the routine walk around, mileage taken and checked the tires. While he was doing that another car pulled up behind me for an oil change. I overheard the driver tell the adviser he didn't have an appointment. The adviser told him no problem and completed his paperwork and took him inside before I even got inside. We then went inside to by John's desk where he still was busy with a customer. The other guy told me to sit down at another desk and John should be with me soon. Then he walked over to his desk sat down and started drinking his coffee. Finally at 9:45 John called me to his desk to begin. I informed John that I had an 11 am appointment and would need to leave in about an hour. He said hmmm it's going to be tight. I said well perhaps if my appointment had started on time it wouldn't be. He didn't respond to that remark just completed the paperwork and told me where to wait. I kept my eye on the guy with no appointment and he was done at 10:40am. My car wasn't brought up to the parking lot until 11:20. I feel that if I go to the trouble to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation that it shouldn't take 95 minutes to complete. The lack of urgency in your service department is quite disappointing. Several people in the waiting area were complaining about the wait time. Meanwhile your guys were wandering around drinking coffee and chatting with each other. Maybe more service guys are needed and less advisers. More

Tracy was very helpful and attentive to our needed car repairs. We had to have an alternator replaced and the repair cost came in less that expected, which certainly not the "norm" when it comes to ser repairs. Mike . . what can I say, He is almost like a family friend, and in a way he is. He greets me, shakes my hand, smiles and asks what he can do for me, and above all, respectful. He has been my go-to ma friend, and in a way he is. He greets me, shakes my hand, smiles and asks what he can do for me, and above all, respectful. He has been my go-to man for 8 years now. And like a fine wine, he gets better with time. He is the reason I return for my service for our Magnum. All my service work, warranty work and associated attention to our Magnum has been with this dealer (we bought our Magnum from this dealer) and through Mike. This visit was an oil change and associated work. Mike works with me to make sure our car is up to all standards in care and service. The best recommendation may be given to Mike, but your response is what I am interested in. Simply, give this man a bonus. I do not know how many times I have been asked by friends and strangers where to take their cars for work. I always say Larry Miller and tell them to look up Mike. Merry Christmas, Mike!!!!!!! More
